Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1 business day. For orders made over the weekend, please allow until Monday for orders to be processed and shipped.

Please note that with the current COVID crisis, shipping maybe be delayed to certain countries. We try our best to avoid these delays but they are unexpected.

Worldwide Delivery:

Standard International delivery with an estimated delivery time of 6 to 27 business days. Fixed price of $20.00 for all international orders. (excluding Canada)

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once orders are processed and shipping labels created for your specific order, you will immediately recieve a tracking number for your parcel. For any issues regarding your tracking number, contact support@thegroominglab.co.

Customs, duties, and taxes

The Grooming Lab Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

The Grooming Lab Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
