Refund & Return Policy
We want you happy with your purchase. There are two ways to return an item: a 14-day change-of-mind return, and our 150-day results guarantee. They work differently, so here's both clearly.
14-Day Returns (change of mind)
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it, with proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at support@thegroominglab.co. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.
For change-of-mind returns, original shipping costs aren't refunded — only the cost of the items.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or you've received the wrong item, contact us straight away at support@thegroominglab.co with a photo, and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, opened personal-care products can't be returned under the standard 14-day policy (this is what the 150-day guarantee below is for). We also can't accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you'd prefer.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow a little time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund on their end.
The 150-Day Results Guarantee
Every customer is covered. If you use the system and it doesn't work for you, you're entitled to a full refund of the product cost — even if the bottles are used and empty.
Because real beard growth takes time, the guarantee asks two simple things of you:
- Use the products consistently for at least 150 days.
- Take a weekly progress photo and email it to support@thegroominglab.co as you go.
Those photos simply let us confirm the routine was followed — they're how we verify a genuine claim, not a loophole to deny you. Run the system for 150 days, send your photos, and if your beard hasn't changed, email us and we'll refund every dollar.
