Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen speed. Orders over $100 ship free within Australia. Your exact shipping cost is always shown before you pay — no surprises.
Managing Your Order
Our warehouse dispatches orders quickly to keep delivery fast, but we'll do our best to accommodate changes. Email support@thegroominglab.co with your order number as soon as possible. As a guide, orders placed before 3pm can usually be changed before 3pm the same day; orders placed after 3pm can be changed until 10am the next business day.

It's simple: run the system for 150 days, and if your beard hasn't changed, we'll give you your money back. We ask for 150 days because real growth takes time — most men need 8–12 weeks to see meaningful results, and we want you to give the routine a genuine chance to work. The risk sits with us, not you.
Use the system consistently for the full 150 days and keep simple progress photos along the way (a quick weekly photo is ideal). If you don't see results, email support@thegroominglab.co with your photos and order number and our team will process your refund. The photos simply let us confirm the routine was followed — they're not a loophole to deny you.
The only real conditions are the ones above: use it for 150 days as directed, and keep your progress photos so we can verify the routine was followed. Beyond that, there's no catch. If it didn't work for you and you followed the system, you get your money back.
Returns & Exchanges
Yes. We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery, in their original condition and packaging. (This is separate from the 150-day results guarantee, which covers used product that didn't work for you.) For change-of-mind returns, original shipping fees aren't refunded. To start a return, email support@thegroominglab.co with your order number.
For change-of-mind returns on unused, unopened items, you have up to 14 days from the delivery date. The item must come back in its original, unopened condition.
