Shipping Policy

We ship from our warehouse in Villawood, New South Wales, and deliver across Australia and worldwide. Here's exactly what to expect — no fine print, no surprises at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow it to your door. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

We ship worldwide. All international orders are sent with tracking, and typically arrive within 6–27 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Middle East shipping is $25.00 for orders up to 0.5kg and $30.00 for heavier orders.

Tracking your order

Every order ships with tracking. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched, and you can check the status anytime through the Order Tracking page in our site footer. If your tracking hasn't updated or you haven't received your confirmation email, check your spam folder first, then email us at support@thegroominglab.co.

Customs, duties & taxes (international orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are set by your local customs authority, are outside our control, and are the responsibility of the recipient. We're not able to predict or cover these charges, so please check your country's import rules if you're unsure.

Delivery delays

The delivery windows above are estimates, not guarantees. Most orders arrive comfortably within them, but factors outside our control — customs processing, carrier backlogs, weather, peak periods — can occasionally cause delays. If your order is taking significantly longer than expected, email us at support@thegroominglab.co and we'll chase it down with the carrier for you.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to redirect a parcel once it's dispatched, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur a re-shipping fee (see below). If you spot a mistake, email us immediately at support@thegroominglab.co — if your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to fix it.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us at support@thegroominglab.co within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll make it right. Orders returned due to an incorrect address will be re-shipped for actual carrier cost.
